Neal has over 30 years of experience and is the owner of NBB Architecture, Inc. and Co-owner of 3 Accord Construction. Having managed a successful architectural practice for over 20 years and working with many repeat clients, Neal understands the value of the Design-Build process to the Architect, Contractor and Owner by creating a single source of responsibility to the Owner for all architectural and construction related issues.
Jim has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and is Co-owner of 3 Accord Construction. Jim is responsible for the construction of over 90 financial institutions and manages all phases of construction. His unique understanding of project management helps ensure we deliver every project on-time and in-budget. While working on-site, Jim further develops solutions which have a positive impact for our clients we serve
Lyn has over 30 years of experience in the development, setup and sales of banking equipment as well as project development in the financial Design-Build industry. Lyn works with clients in the following activities: scheduling consultations, programming banking equipment for construction projects, assisting in the identification of economic, legal, and natural constraints, and determination of the scope and spatial relationship of functional elements
